Process:-
The components are fed to the centrifugal classifying system available at
the client or by means of the "Floor Hopper" option. A deflector
distributes the caps over the 2-4 machine lanes, mandrels pick them up and
the push-in station presses them tightly on to the mandrels. Besides, with
the standard size of 28 mm diameter, this system can also print special
sizes with a diameter of upto 88 mm. After each printing unit, an
intermediate dryer using cold air dries the components.

Rotoprint
The Rotoprint automation system combines innovative new development with
successful components of our Continua series, resulting in a new and
efficient compact system.
The Rotoprint is a two-lane rotary printing machine with the RTI printing
units arranged vertically to an inline running wheel. The use of a running
wheel considerably reduces the space required for this machine, when
compared to the Continua.
The Rotoprint processes approximately 70,000-80,000 bottle caps/hour using
two lanes and depending on print image, print ink system and drying power
stage. The bottle caps are fed by means of ascending conveyor belts,
centrifugal hoppers or inline.
Features:
- Oscillating doctor movement.
- Quick exchange system for doctor blade, ink well, cliche and
tampon cylinder.
- Manual height adjustment of the printing unit (motorized
adjustment as option).
- Register adjustment during operation.
- 70,000-80,000 sealing caps/hour depending on print image,

drying can be achieved.

Rotary
series:
A. RTI Horizontal:-
These horizontal rotary tampon printing units may be combined with an
electromechanical indexing plate, a cycled chain conveyor belt, duo-transfer
and linear conveyor or used in Continua flow print procedures.
B. RTI Vertical:-
This machine with the vertical rotary tampon printing unit is designed for
mass-produced parts, which should be printed on both sides with 1 to 5
colors e.g. audio or video cassettes, i.e. vertical flowing continuous parts
printing (5-25 meters / minute).
Rapid 2000/60-1-3
This is for installation in existing auto lines.
» High speed built in tampon printing machine with
electromechanical drive by means of three phase motor with special worm
gear.
» Infinitely variable speed regulation by frequency regulation.
» PLC control can be programmed by using membrane keyboard.
Special built-in model of rapid 2000/60-3 include control box offset. The
machine can be fastened above the printing level.
Equipped with:
» On/off switch, selection switch for multiple print as well as
key operated switch for ink residue pickup system. They are installed on the
front side in order to facilitate use in automation.
» Membrane keyboard+ PLC+ interfaces for automations.
High speed synchron built in tampon printing machine Rapid 2000/60-1 with
drive via toothed belt, roller chain or universal joint shafts in 4
different levels according to customer's specifications. Especially suitable
for high speed automations.
