We manufacture customized in accordance with substrate requirements at our in-house production center. The soft and hard quality screen printing pads are developed taking into consideration production speed, etched depth, ink and solvents in use.	We have in-house facilities to prepare customized printing plates preparation at our premises. Here thick and thin plates can be prepared as per customer's requirement. Design: Made of aluminium profile material. The longitudinal and lateral settings are done by means of adjusting wheels. A clamping lever can fix wheel position. The clamping surface with five continuous 8HT-slots at a distance of 25 mm is used for securing clamping claws.

Stand:- It facilitates to mount the machine on this stand, which is made of the aluminium profiles system consisting of extruded aluminum profiles in different sizes and shapes, joined with variety of connectors. Doors and panels can be added (extra cost). Feet, wheel sends covers and t-slot covers complete the design. This type of structure absorbs dynamic loads due to vibration and temperature changes.

Exposure unit (local-made in India by spinks):

Facilitates in-house production of your own polymer cliches. Maximum exposing area = 150 x 300 mm, without vacuum suction. Outer dimensions = 205 x 385 x 205 mm 220V electrical connections = 35 watt

Nylo plates:-
Application:- You can make your own plates in-house with the exposure unit as explained above.

Properties:-

Water washable synthetic cliche. Maximum resolution upto 120 lines/cm2. Allows printing of very fine line and large areas. Easy fastening on magnet holding plates. Cliche change in 30 seconds.

Set dozes according to the viscosity required. When machine is switched on along with thinner it churns ink in the system itself. Applied for sealed systems as well as open system. Mounted on the left side of the printing machine.

Note: Dosing volume depends on machines. Least count of .5 gm to 1 gm. These are solar operated. No need of any electricity or battery.

Double Color Ink Cup:
Double color ink cup has emerged as a useful alternative for the double color requirement, when budget is tight to allow another expensive machine. Double color ink cup is available in diameters of 60 mm and 90 mm. Requirement for multiple colors can be fulfilled using two standard machines connected through pneumatic bench and each machine having double color ink cup.

Such automations for multiple colors are also available with indexing table with two & four stations and standard machines attached to these stations. Therefore with this cup as the option, 2 or more multiple color requirements are easily possible with economic standard machines.

Peristaltic Pump:
Meant to facilitate printing process with constant and calculated dosing of thinner into the ink cup. Dosing volume depends on machine speed and ink type.
