customized printing plates preparation at our premises. Here thick and
thin plates can be prepared as per customer's requirement. Pad printing
plates can be prepared to fulfill any size and thickness requirement. |

CROSS
SUPPORT :- Special cross table for sealed
ink system.
Application :-
» It facilitates precise component positioning.
» Available as option for your tampon printing
machine.
Design: Made of aluminum profile material. The
longitudinal and lateral settings are done by means of
adjusting wheels. A clamping lever can fix wheel
position. The clamping surface with five continuous
8HT-slots at a distance of 25 mm is used for securing
clamping claws.

Stand:- It facilitates to mount the machine on this
stand, which is made of the aluminium profiles system
consisting of extruded aluminum profiles in different
sizes and shapes, joined with variety of connectors. Doors
and panels can be added (extra cost). Feet, wheel sends
covers and t-slot covers complete the design. This type of
structure absorbs dynamic loads due to vibration and
temperature changes.

Thinner
metering system (with mixing pump):
Utility:
- Set dozes according to the viscosity required.
When machine is switched on along with thinner it
churns ink in the system itself.
- Applied for sealed systems as well as open
system.
- Mounted on the left side of the printing
machine.

- Dosing volume depends on machines.
- Least count of .5 gm to 1 gm.
- These are solar operated. No need of any
