Marking Machine
Principle:
The beam deflection procedure guides the laser beam by
means of two galvanometer mirrors and focuses it via a
lens onto the component. Special computer software
controls both mirrors at a very high speed. Inscription is
carried out by mirror deflection in X and Y direction. The
advantage of this system is its flexibility and enlarged
inscription area. This process can be used for all
materials.

Workstation:
The Alfalfas-workstation WS is an ultramodern, compact
individual workstation where you can inscribe many
different types of components by laser. The system can
be fitted with different types of laser (e.g. diode or
lamp-pumped etc.), depending on the material features
and the corresponding application. In addition, the
laser units can be easily adjusted to different
material thicknesses using a serially integrated motor
and suitable (Servo Z axis). The alfalfas WS is
classified as laser class 1 due to special safety
equipment. It is particularly suited for processing
medium sized, small and very small runs. |
Function:
Once the inscription layout has been generated on the
computer, work can start straight away. The component
is inserted into one of the rotary table jigs and the
production process is released using both hands (with
light curtain option). The electro mechanically driven
rotary table transports the component into laser
working area where it is inscribed precisely according
to the layout. There is virtually no waiting time, as
the next component can be inserted in the other jig of
the sub-divided rotary table while the inscription
process is running. Production speed also depends on
the inscription circumference and depth as well as
material. To complete the system, the working area is
illuminated and connections for suction and filter
systems are provided.

Workstation WSE
The WSE workstation is a manual laser class 1
workstation as well. With same features of WS base
model, it carries additional features of X-Y cross
table, outer casing inscription unit etc. The system
is provided with a very efficient PLC control that
provides the user with a number of possibilities.
Partial or fully automatic production processes allow
use of the WSE even for large-scale productions.
b)Alfalas
WS Workstation
Small and compact in size, this is class 1 inscription
system or inscription system for adhesive labels. This
system is the latest addition to our successful
Workstation series.

CTP (Computer to press)
CTP fundamental - The CTP is a pneumatically driven tampon-printing machine
where the cliché production by laser is carried out directly in the
machine. The operator himself can determine the movement of material through
the laser beam by selecting the relevant laser parameters. This leads us to
another important issue, the cliché roll. It is this 30m(25m usually)
long cliché belt roll (DigiPress), which enables the print motif
changes to be carried out without interruption (upto 600 motifs per roll).
This means that the next print template is lasered parallel to the printing
process. When the motifs have to be changed, the produced cliché has
to be stepped forwards in the direction of the doctoring cup. The process is
completed in seconds since set-up and alignment are fully automatic. All
this takes place while the silicone tampon is cleaned on the integrated ink
residue pick up system.

a) CTP 60/90 :
As an extension after "CTP", this printing unit is available with
doctoring cup diameters of 60 mm and 90 mm. All of these are available with
our well proven and patented sealed ink / doctoring unit Hermetic system.
CTP 60/90 M and CTP 60/90 MD :
b)CTP 60/90 M
Besides that, the CTP can be supplied in two other, very interesting
upgrades. On the one hand, there is the CTP M. This model can be used as "stand
alone work-place" by simply moving the laser away - as for the
production of steel or aloxid clichés or for the direct inscription
of components.
c) CTP 60/90 MD
On the other hand, there is the MD version of the CTP. Here as well, the
position of the laser can be changed. More precisely said, it is positioned
by means of a rotary table which makes it well suited for series
productions. Whilst mentioning production, it is no problem to integrate the
CTP in automated systems of various kind.
The Standard equipment
includes important features as:
