Cutting-Marking-Stripping-Engraving-Trimming-Etching
1- Co2 laser cut detailed, intricate patterns or large external shapes
quickly and cleanly in a variety of woods. Patterns and text are easily
transposed from computerized design into beautifully finished pieces. By
combining engraving and cutting techniques, delicate or bold inlaid designs
can be quickly assembled.
2- With Co2 laser, you can quickly produce high quality signs out of
engravers plastics for architectural and ADA usage. Acrylic, plastic and
wood letters ranging from 1/8" to ½" thick can cleanly be cut
out.
3- Cutting: Plastics and rubber are ideal materials for laser cutting. The
molded acrylic phone lens was quickly trimmed with Co2 laser system to
produce a smooth edge. Rubber gasket can easily laser cut.
4- Wire Stripping: Co2 laser system vaporizes the insulation from cable or
wire without damaging the metal conductor.
5- Marking: Adding product logos, serial numbers and other types of
identification are excellent applications for peramanent, no contact Co2
laser marking.
6- With Co2 laser you can easily and quickly produce high quality
flexographic printing plates for corrugated boxes and labels.
7- System enables fast engraving, with better quality and less setup than
screen printing, cut line of the laser beam is so thin, no offsets need to
