Keyboard printer- solving long object

Gurgaon office, where we give the live demonstration of the machine, and you
can easily observe the process of long, sleek and even wide base objects
(i.e., key board printers) printing. TSQ models, which have overcome the
limits of the diameter of the cup and therefore reduce, ink consumption.
Machine is available with important accessories, which includes
cliché cover and residual ink pickup
system. In case of production interruptions, the cliché
cover prevents the ink from drying. The cliché cover moves over the
cliché and releases the solvents from the soaked felt. Thus the ink
on the cliché cannot dry. The cliché will also be covered
during active tampon cleaning, as the adhesive tape, which removes the ink
residue and dirt from the tampon will transverse across the upper side of
the cliché cover. This enables a continuous production process, with
constant print quality.
TSQ machine is electromechanically operated with
transversal doctoring unit. The doctoring cup floods and doctors
during its continuous movement above the cliché. When the doctoring
cup is in the end position (left or right at the end of the cliché),
the tampon or the tampon assembly takes up the printing ink and then
transfers it.
Machine can print and present effective results for long sleek objects like
scales, substrates like CD player, VCD and VCR player cover’s front and
broad & long objects like keyboard printers, which was not easy task
earlier.

Tampoprint, is now presenting V-130 DUO. Special features of the machine
includes; printing of component upto 2 colours with only one jig. With the
same jig, using two colour ink cups, even four colours print is possible.
The whole system is sequentially automatic, so that while the first tampon
transfers the ink onto the component, the second one absorbs the ink from
the cliché. Changing the individual printing units is simplified by
the separate machine controls.
The system is featured with the Tampon Cleaning (ink residue pick up
system), which cleans dirt and residual ink from the tampon. The system is
well organized to save the data upto 5 print jobs. Machine can print from
600 upto 1,100 cycles per hour. The other variants of doctoring cups can be
60mm and 90mm diameter. It is with electromechanical force of 2500N.

PRINT ROBOT, 6 (PR 6) doctoring
units/colours is made up of modified sealed vario unit modules,a
4-axis robot arm,6 sealed, patented ink distributing system and a jig. Robot
helps in attaining consistent accuracy and the maximum tampon pressure
force. A tampon assembly is fixed to the robot arm and is activated by a
rotary cylinder. This permits to change the robot arm during production. The
robot arm’s maximum working range amounts to 1,000X300 mm, and it can
swivel in a 260-degree range around its vertical axis. PR 6 can be easily
integrated in automation system.

launched the latest technology. Spinks India, marketing and sales
representative of Tampoprint, now introducing Continuous Print 70 (CP 70),
(for India and East Asia) a multicolor digital piezo-ink-jet printer.
Machine is supplied and equipped with all new advancements, so that
continuous prints can be achieved without separate cliché production.
Not only it saves time for additional conversions, the latest technology
avails the printing speed of 0.5 m/s for the motif, maximum 70 mm. Thus, the
part to be decorated is attached beneath the print heads below the heads.
The print heads with their 360 dpi resolution are arranged one after
another. The motif is transferred using ink containing solvents or UV
printing inks.
Components onto which printing is possible are: plastics for any shape and
multicolor requirements, balls (even rubber balls), curved electronic parts,
as well as automation parts.

CONCENTRA : Important Technical Features:-

7.Integrated tampon cleaning enables automatic cleaning of ink residues
resp. contaminations on the tampon and is further ensuring a constant print
quality also with longer operation times and reducing the rejects due to
misprints. The tampon cleaning cycles can be preselected via PLC or be
manually operated. As the cleaning and the printing process take place
simultaneously, but in a seperate station, the cleaning of the tampons does
not affect the machine output.
