TSQ models have overcome the limits of the diameter of the cup and therefore reduce ink consumption. The machine is available with important accessories, which includes cliché cover and residual ink pickup system. In case of production interruptions, the cliché cover prevents the ink from drying.
The cliché cover moves over the cliché and releases the solvents from the soaked felt. Thus the ink on the cliché cannot dry. The cliché will also be covered during active tampon cleaning, as the adhesive tape, which removes the ink residue and dirt from the tampon will transverse across the upper side of the cliché cover. This enables a continuous production process with constant print quality.
TSQ machine is electromechanically operated with transversal doctoring unit. The doctoring cup floods and doctors during its continuous movement above the cliché. When the doctoring cup is in the end position (left or right at the end of the cliché), the tampon or the tampon assembly takes up the printing ink and then transfers it.
The machine can print and present effective results for long sleek objects like scales, substrates like CD player, VCD and VCR player cover's front and broad & long objects like keyboard printers, which was not an easy task earlier.
This machine comes in 3 different doctoring cup sizes TSQ 60/90 mm. The cliché holder can be set to 440/600/800 mm cliché length permitting the machine to be adjusted perfectly to the product to be printed.
