Cliche and ink change within approximately 30 seconds. Many potential uses in industry. Rejections are reduced to absolute minimum. 1. Hermetic 6-11 Economy

Hermetic 6-11 Economy is a reliable and economic tampon printing machine with simplified operations for various printing requirements and possible integration in automated systems. The printing speed can be linearly adjusted between 1300-4100 cycles/hour via a potentiometer. Low vibration printing processes are the guarantee for a continually good printing quality even when running at high cycles.

A selection switch enables different types of printing cycles:

» Double and reverse operation

The Hermetic 6-11 features a mechanical, resettable counter.

2. Hermetic 9-11 Universal

The Hermetic 9-11 Universal is the result of our continuous Research and Development. It features linearly adjustable regulation of the ink/doctoring cup, doctor contact pressure on the cliche by means of a control knob on the panel.

The following features increase its integration capability in automation lines:

Integrated ink residue pick up system, which results in compact design. Low cycle losses when tampon is cleaned. Linearly adjustable tampon stroke.
