Machine is integrated with pneumatic shuttle for the
workpiece movement on the rodless cylinder. Shuttle is
programmed to carry a fixture (which clamp the piece

during sequential printing and exact fixture

Hermetic 6-11 Economy
Hermetic 6-11 Economy is a reliable and economic
tampon printing machine with simplified operations for
various printing requirements and possible integration
in automated systems. The printing speed can be
linearly adjusted between 1300-4100 cycles/hour via a
potentiometer. Low vibration printing processes are
the guarantee for a continually good printing quality
even when running at high cycles.
A selection switch enables different types of
printing cycles:

- Dual tampon system for multicolor tampon printing.
- Registration accuracy by means of rigid jig.
- Flexible cliche and tampon stroke adjustment.
- The 'V' represents the rigid, V shaped tampon bridge
with the two tampons arranged on it at an angle of 60
degrees. This series features 2 color machines with an
ink/ doctoring cup diameter of 60, 90 or 130 mm. The
precise machines of the V series can print in 4 colors
without problems when using divided doctoring cup and
the rigid component holders. The inking system is
arranged in parallel so that the cliche can be changed
easily from the operator side.
- And thanks to the eccentric screws (X , Y, and Z
axis) it is easy to precisely set up both the clichés as
well as the integrated tampon cleaning unit.

V- 60/
90 DUO "Hermetic - System"
This tampon printing machine is a
two-colour machine in modular design with the patented
hermetically sealed ink/doctoring system. The printing
units are arranged parallel to each other) and they
are available with an ink/doctoring cup diameter of
60mm or 90mm. Combinations of these sizes are also
possible (reduction of cliché costs). The ink delivery
takes place via a fixed tampon bridge ) where the two
tampons are arranged in an angle of 60 degrees. The
cycles of the ink order, the double print function and
the ink residue pick up system (tampon cleaning) can
be selected as desired. The ink residue pick up system
is mounted as a stationary component so that there are
minimal waiting times when the ink residue pink up
system is used. It can be bought as a standard
accessory. In the program memory of the PLC control it
is possible to store and call in at any time up to 5
different printing orders with their data of the
tampon stroke, the workpiece position and ink residue
pick up system as well as the complete cycle times. In
the set-up mode the movement of the tampons and the
cliché can be separately processed allowed easy
conversion of the V 60/90 DUO. The output of the
machine is max.1400 cycles for a one-or two colour
print in one-colour printing mode (single print). For
the production outside of the automation area only one
workpiece carrier is necessary. The V-60/90 DUO is
available as bench model or built-in machine.

The various “Concentra” models
available provide numerous application options. The
processing principle, the universal control facility
and the high printing speed of this multi – colour
printing machine mean that it can do almost anything
you want. The “Concentra” is a compact 4- or 6 colour
standard tampon printing machine that also offers a
variety of options for integration in semi- and
fully-automatic automations. The “Concentra” is
available in 60, 90,130 and 140mm cup sizes. Printing
takes at only one workpiece position.
Semi-automatic
Combining the “Concentra” with our standardized 2- or
4-station rotary index tables (incl.two-hand
operation) enables optimum utilization of the
“Concentra’s” capacity reserves despite the manual
operation.

With more complex applications, a standardized
mounting module offers all automation options, e.g.
protective enclosure, light barrier, jigs,
pre-treatment, drying, discharge handling etc. The

TSQ
models have overcome the limits of the
diameter of the cup and therefore reduce ink
consumption. The machine is available with important
accessories, which includes cliché cover and residual
ink pickup system. In case of production
interruptions, the cliché cover prevents the ink from
drying.
The cliché cover moves over the cliché and releases
the solvents from the soaked felt. Thus the ink on the
cliché cannot dry. The cliché will also be covered
during active tampon cleaning, as the adhesive tape,
which removes the ink residue and dirt from the tampon
will transverse across the upper side of the cliché
cover. This enables a continuous production process
with constant print quality.
TSQ machine is electromechanically operated with
transversal doctoring unit. The doctoring cup floods
and doctors during its continuous movement above the
cliché. When the doctoring cup is in the end position
(left or right at the end of the cliché), the tampon
or the tampon assembly takes up the printing ink and
then transfers it.
The machine can print and present effective results
for long sleek objects like scales, substrates like CD
player, VCD and VCR player cover's front and broad &
long objects like keyboard printers, which was not an
easy task earlier.
This machine comes in 3 different doctoring cup sizes
TSQ 60/90 mm. The cliché holder can be set to
440/600/800 mm cliché length permitting the machine to
be adjusted perfectly to the product to be printed.
