complete range of services for special demands of lasers, pad printing,
screen-printing and different innovative printing ideas on anything,
anywhere. We also create unique novelties using state-of-the-art machines
(Tampoprint, Germany) and ink (Ruco-Germany, Jujo-Japan, Schmidt
inks-Germany).
In-house facilitates:-
1. Customized pad making: : The heart of pad printing is the pad
making unit. We have an exhaustive list of pads, including typical pads for
special applications. These are available in varying hardness to cater
different applications.
2. UV curing test lab: We can test UV inks, lacquers, coatings for
glass, adhesion and more under lab conditions.
3. Screen exposing and making equipment: Pneumatic stretching
devices are made and sold by us for accurate mounting of frames for superior
printing results.
4. Blades: Different blade sizes and shapes are available for
various machines.
5. Computerized ink matching services: We have computerized recipes
for over 3,000 different shades in every system like pantone R, RAL R, TOYO
R.
6. Artwork reprography We work on Macintosh and PC formats with all
the neceaasry facilities to generate artwork and subsequently digitally
generate positives for plate making and screen frames development. This is
extremely vital for accurate results.
7. Plate and roller making facility: We generate plates and rollers
with latest German lasers and photochemical milling techniques. Available at
reasonable prices, these ensure beautiful printing results.
8. Jigs and fixture making: We make close tolerance jigs in aluminum
delrin, telfon, epoxies or polyester. Quick and accurate fixtures are our
forte.
9. Test and trial lab (printing): If you are a potential machine or
ink customer who wants to evaluate printing results on your product, we can
undertake this challenge and demonstrate to the representative, the test
trial free cost including designing, in case you end up buying the machine.
10. Test and trial lab (inks): Just in case, you have pad or screen
printing problems send us your substrate for trials (at nominal cost). We
will evaluate and suggest you the right ink.
11. Job work: We also offer printing service at our factory
premises, in case it is required by the customer. We have complete
facilities with various types of customized machines to print large
quantities of material in different colors.
